Guillem Franquesa, Project Manager of Tandem Projects and member of Restarting Badalona was invited on November 21 to the day “Badalona Emprèn amb Joves”, organized by the City Council of Badalona at the Badalona International Business Center (BCIN).
As a young company from Badalona, Tandem Projects gave the opening speech: “Entrepreneurship every day: Creating 360º experiences and events”, after the welcome of Badalona Mayor Alex Pastor and the Councilor for Rights. Social and Feminisms, Aïda Llauradó.
Franquesa focused his power on awakening the entrepreneurial spirit of young students in cycles in the field of economics and business. He emphasized that entrepreneurship is an attitude of life and that developing one’s own project can enable young people to find their calling. Then Tandem Projects explained the main trends in the field of events, marketing and communication. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and solve doubts.
The day continued with colleagues Miriam Garcia, Joan Maylin, Gabriel Arribas, Marc Sanchez and Judit Sanchez sharing experiences of launching themselves into a powerful round table discussion. Finally, the community manager of Tandem Projects,, Xavi Fernandez, did a #Workshop on how to communicate a great event on social media, analyzing the keys to gaining impact and return.
